Ahh Twitter! To be honest I still don’t fully get the fascination everyone has with twitter. But I’m obviously wrong here, otherwise it wouldn’t be the big deal it is today.

I suppose if I lived in a larger city, had more friends and maybe a more active social life; I might have more use for it. Although having a blog might change that. Maybe I’m just a little antisocial or something.

BTW I currently do not have a twitter account for this blog, but I will soon and when I do I will make the annoucement, I hope I’m worth following. It could be quite the ego shattering experience.

So why are you posting about it? Well, they sure do have a nice development platform. And I just had to check it out!

So a few months ago I took it upon myself to develop an application for twitter. A friend of mine showed me a little website called twt.fm VERY COOL! It allows you to search for music and tweet it to your friends. And my fickleness said: ”I want to try that!” so I did.

(hey I told you. I just can’t help myself.)

So by leveraging the Twitter API and then implementing the IMeem platform (which handles the music search), I was able to create a pretty cool application that I decided to call TuneTweeter, I thought the name fit well. Feel free to check it out over at http://www.tunetweeter.com
